Frequently asked questions about My Account

When you sign up for My Account, you’ll be able to:

  • Pay bills
  • Request service
  • View policy information
  • View claims information
  • Change your address
  • View application status
  • And much more

Most customers with an active policy can sign up for an online account.

Currently, the service is not available for customers who only have the following policy kinds:

  • Hospital/Medical/Surgical
  • Major Medical

To sign up for online account access, you will need the following information:

  • Your first and last name as it appears on your customer account
  • Date of birth of the policyowner
  • ZIP Code of the policyowner
  • The policy number as it appears on your customer account
    • 9 digit (without check digit) ######### or ###-###-###
    • 10 digit (with check digit) ###-###-###-#
    • InsPro 10 digit (without dashes) N#########

From the log-in page, select the Forgot User ID or Forgot Password links.

Forgot User ID: If you have forgotten your user ID, it can be requested. We’ll just need a bit of information to get started.
Forgot Password: You will be sent a link to reset your password.

You can view the payment due date and premium amount for most policies online. If you own a Hospital/Medical/Surgical or Major Medical policy, please contact the customer service number listed in Contact Us.

Yes, you can make payments online with a credit card or your personal bank account.

No, we do not accept partial payments on an individual premium due.

You can change your address, phone number and email address.

For other changes, like name changes or age correction, go to Customer Forms.

You can change your User ID or Password by selecting My Login & Security.

You may cancel your online account at any time by choosing the Cancel My Account option under My Login & Security.
